Dein Impact:

Als (Senior) Manager M&A (m/w/d) berätst du Mandanten bei der Vorbereitung und Durchführung anspruchsvoller M&A Transaktionen und trägst so zu nachhaltigen Entscheidungen sowie erfolgreichen Verhandlungen bei.

  • Hands-on-Einstieg: Du übernimmst die (Teil-) Projektleitung für kleinere und mittelgroße M&A Projekte und damit die Verantwortung für Planung und Durchführung – auch international.
  • Führung: Im Rahmen des Projektes koordinierst du die verschiedenen Arbeitspakete und leitest Teammitglieder an.
  • Analyse und Reporting: Fachlich und inhaltlich trägst du Verantwortung bei der Durchführung von Finanzanalysen und für die Erstellung der Financial Due Diligence Berichte oder Financial Fact Books.
  • Stakeholdermanagement: Mit erfahreneren Kolleg:innen übernimmst du die Kommunikation: du präsentierst Ergebnisse, leitest Telefonkonferenzen, Besprechungen und Expert-Sessions.
  • Projektmanagement: Darüber hinaus verantwortest du administrative Themen sowie die Erstellung des Auftragsschreibens, die Budgeteinhaltung und unterstützt bei der Abrechnung.

Dein Skillset:

  • Studium in Wirtschafts- oder Rechtswissenschaften, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen mit Erfolg absolviert
  • Fundierte Erfahrungen im Bereich M&A, Corporate Finance oder Wirtschaftsprüfung, idealerweise spezifische Expertise in einer oder mehreren Industrien
  • Teamorientierte und kommunikationsstarke Persönlichkeit mit Erfahrung in der Führung von Mitarbeitenden
  • Hohes Maß an Selbständigkeit, Engagement und Freude an komplexen Aufgaben
  • Reisebereitschaft sowie Deutsch und Englisch sehr gut in Wort und Schrift
