About the role

Customer Success at TWAICE helps our customers to accelerate their transition to E-Mobility & green energy, leveraging the power of the TWAICE Battery Analytics Solutions. To this end, TWAICE invests in a dedicated Customer Success team that is ultimately responsible for the complete post-sales lifecycle of our customers.

This exciting role requires business and technical acumen as well as excellent interpersonal and organizational skills. You will have the opportunity to act as trusted advisor to our customers by proactively supporting them throughout the entire project. You will gain a deep understanding of our solutions to help our customers be successful and achieve their goal of a battery-powered future.  


Your daily business will involve

  • Managing ongoing relationships with our Development Solution customers 
  • Leading engagements with our customers and manage complex projects, ranging from supporting the scoping process through to delivering battery simulation models to our customers  
  • Serving  as the central  point  of  communication  around  overall project  status, progress  towards  milestones and you will partner with highly skilled Battery Engineers to anticipate and communicate potential issues, risks and opportunities 
  • Working closely with many other teams at TWAICE (Sales, Solution Engineering, Engineering, Product Management) and see yourself as an advocate for the customer 
  • Tracking account health, identify growth opportunities 
  • You collaborate with the whole Customer Success team to develop industry leading processes and best practices for delivering success to customers 
  • Up to 20% travel for customer meetings, customer launch or on-site support 

Your profile

  • Significant experience in a customer facing role in the field of e-mobility as e.g. Account Manager, Technical Sales Manager, Customer Success Manager, Technical Project Manager, Technical Consultant or similar 
  • Ideally, you have already gained experience in the battery world and have insights into topics like degradation/aging, battery simulation, testing, etc.; technical affinity and the will to go the extra mile to learn about these topics is absolutely essential 
  • Strong empathy for customers and a passion for revenue and growth  
  • You act as a trusted advisor to drive business value for customers 
  • Analytically minded, innately curious and with a proven ability to execute in a customer-focused environment and nurture and advocate for customers across a cross-functional organisation 
  • Thoughtful communicator with clear and concise verbal and written skills in German and English 
  • Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage and prioritise multiple projects at a time and drive them to successful completion 
  • Enthusiastic, proactive, positive-minded, customer focused, and service-oriented, with a passion for exceptional user experience 
  • Thrive in a fast-paced startup environment
