For our European headquarters in Hamburg-Allermöhe we are looking for you with immediate effect as Retail Media Manager (m/f/d).Your tasks
  • Help shape the development of the Retail Media business: You will play a key role in shaping our emerging Retail Media business. 
  • Design and optimize retail media measures: You will develop new strategies and improve existing measures, both online and offline. 
  • Organize retail media campaigns: You organize the management of campaigns and products across teams and departments and ensure the flow of information. 
  • Advise brand and advertising partners: You convince our partners of our solutions, generate ideas for further development and support in-house negotiations with prepared reports, analyses and insights. 
  • Measuring success and monitoring: You monitor the performance of the measures, create campaign reports and derive specific recommendations for action.
Your profile
  • Apprenticeship or degree: You have successfully completed a commercial apprenticeship or a degree with a focus on business or marketing and relevant professional experience.
  • Professional experience: You have gained experience in retail media - ideally for a retail company - and/or experience and knowledge in the marketing of marketing activities and media campaigns.
  • Language skills: Business fluent in German and English.
  • Microsoft 365: You are confident in using Microsoft 365, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Enthusiasm and positive demeanor: You are enthusiastic about what you do and have a positive demeanor.
  • Experience in using relevant analysis tools (data analysis, online marketing) 
  • Organizational and communication skills: You are an organizational talent with strong communication skills and a hands-on mentality.
