(Senior) Manager M&A / Financial Due Diligence Korea (m/f/x)
Do you want to support clients in their M&A activities in the area of Financial Advisory – M&A Transaction Services and systematically analyse investment and financing issues? Our team contributes its expertise to a wide range of projects relating to the M&A lifecycle and the core area of financial due diligence. Your impact:
As a (Senior) Manager M&A (m/f/x) you will advise clients on the preparation and implementation of demanding M&A transactions and thus contribute to sustainable decisions and successful negotiations.
- Hands-on-Entry: You take on the (partial) project management for small and medium-sized M&A projects and thus the responsibility for planning and implementation – also internationally.
- Leadership: Within the project, you coordinate the various work packages and lead team members.
- Analysis and reporting: You are responsible for technical and content-related aspects during the implementation of financial analyses and for the preparation of financial due diligence reports or financial fact books.
- Stakeholder management: You take over communication with more experienced colleagues: you present results, lead telephone conferences, meetings, and expert sessions.
- Korean services: You will contribute to development of deal opportunities and M&A activities between Germany and Korea, prospectively dealing with various Korean clients.
Your skillset:
- Successfully completed a degree in business administration, economics, law or business informatics
- Sound experiences in M&A, corporate finance or auditing, ideally specific expertise in one or more industries
- Team-oriented personality with strong communication skills and experience in leading teams
- A high degree of independence, commitment, and enthusiasm for handling complex tasks
- Willingness to travel, very good written and spoken German and English and business fluent in Korean
