Aufgabengebiet

Implement effective controlling tools and uphold the quality of the Internal Control Framework in alignment with group processes.Generate insights and communicate financial and business risks appropriately.Manage financial variables, including Treasury, Credit Management, and collection management.Deliver financial and management reports within the group system, covering annual budgets, accounting, and financial statements.Provide essential management information to drive the organization towards achieving business goals, including project management, investment forecasting, and business case development.Foster a culture of Operational Excellence and a results-driven mentality by optimizing administrative processes related to collections, turnover, and credits.Support the commercial team with clients requiring external financing and large deals.Exercise control over company assets, encompassing purchase, sale, financing, and maintenance of third-party assets.Manage the turnover and credits system for the country.Develop national budgets for delegations (sales and costs).

Anforderungsprofil

Master's degree, preferably in Business or Economics; RA, RC, or equivalent postdoctoral degreeMinimum of 8 years' experience in a similar international corporate roleAdvanced knowledge and experience with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS)Familiarity with relevant local laws, regulations, best practices, and cultureProven experience in implementing tools, techniques, processes, and systems in the control arenaDemonstrated expertise in finance, business control, and international reporting standardsTrack record in leading large and complex change programsProficiency in English and the local language (written and spoken)Excellent command of MS Office applications; familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics and Lucanet preferredWillingness to work in an international network organization and engage with all levelsWillingness to travel as required.
