MEININGER Hotels is looking for Customer Care Agents (f/m/d) who will be responsible for taking care of international guest requests via phone and mail. Quickly and accurately process bookings for our guests (from individual travelers to small groups of up to 20 people) for all our MEININGER HotelsBe the first point of contact for our guests prior to their stay and create a great experience for them through customer-oriented, friendly conversationsOffer our guests additional services provided by MEININGER or our partnersProcess payments, handle cancellations and manage complaints by assisting our guests in finding the optimum solutionAdjust room distribution across all MEININGER locations to optimize occupancyWork in close collaboration with other departments: Revenue, Sales and Group Sales YOUR PROFILE Professional training and minimum 1 year of professional experience in hospitality or service centerStrong customer orientation, excellent communication skills and multicultural savvyTeam player, adapting flexibly to new situationsStrong time management skills and ability to process multiple requests within short timeframeFluency in English (B2) and either German or French (min.
