Als Business Solution Manager Mobile App (m/w/d) erhältst du die einzigartige Möglichkeit, prozess- und projektbezogene Aufgaben für unsere operativen Einheiten sicherzustellen und aktiv an der erfolgreichen Prozesstransformation und Weiterentwicklung teilzuhaben. Wir suchen einen passionierten Produktmanager (m/w/d), der nicht nur für die Entwicklung unserer mobilen Anwendungen verantwortlich ist, sondern auch gerne Harmonisierungs- und Verbesserungspotenziale identifiziert, um die Servicequalität und Prozessfähigkeit zu steigern.
Zu deinen Aufgaben gehört es, Prozessanalysen durchzuführen, Anforderungsprofile zu definieren und Projekte zur Prozess- und Systemintegration zu unterstützen. Außerdem begleitest du die Einführung neuer Methoden im Geschäftsprozessmanagement. Sei Teil unseres Teams und gestalte mit uns die Zukunft
Was du mitbringst
- #Anforderungsmanagement: Du bist verantwortlich für die Spezifikation neuer Features für Desktop und Mobile Apps, begleitest den Entwicklungszyklus und erstellst Akzeptanzkriterien in unserem agilen Entwicklungsprozess
- #Testing: Aktive Unterstützung des Quality Assurance Teams bei der Testung von Features und Bugfixes, Erstellung detaillierter Fehlerdokumentationen und Hilfe bei der Fehlerbehebung bis zum Live-Deploy
- #Produktmanagement: Verantwortung für die Entwicklung innovativer Features und umfassender End-to-End-Lösungen im digitalen Touchpoint-Segment für unseren Business-to-Partner (B2P) Bereich, sowie kontinuierliche Optimierung bestehender Lösungen auf Basis aktueller Trends
- #Projektmangement: Strategische Planung der Features in der gesamten B2P-Roadmap und Festlegung von klaren Zielen und Ressourcen für den agilen End-to-End-Entwicklungsprozess
- #Consulting: Beratung der Business Units und Partner:innen zur marktkonformen Weiterentwicklung von Anforderungen mit Fokus auf herausragender "Customer Experience" und "Operation Excellence"
Was dich erwartet
- Du verfügst über eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder einen erfolgreichen (Fach-) Hochschulabschluss in #Naturwissenschaften, #Ingenieurwesen, #IT oder #Wirtschaft, und bringst mehrjährige erfolgreiche Erfahrung in vergleichbarer Position mit
- Idealerweise verfügst du über Kenntnisse im Umgang mit dem #GooglePlayStore und #AppleAppStore
- Du hast Erfahrung im #Agilen Projektmanagement und bist vertraut mit #Scrum
- Du kennst dich mit #Requirements Engineering nach dem #LEAN- oder #CARS-Modell aus und hast bereits mit #JIRA, #Confluence gearbeitet
- Deine #Deutsch- und #Englischkenntnisse sind in Wort und Schrift sehr gut
