Ihre Rolle

  • Sicherstellen der technisch einwandfreien und wirtschaftlichen Durchfüh­rung von Installationen, Wartungen und Störungsbeseitigung von R&D und FoB Elektronenmikroskopen
  • Störungen analysieren und Abhilfemaßnahmen festlegen
  • Termine der Inbetriebnahme- und Servicearbeiten mit Verantwortlichen von R&D und FoB abstimmen und deren Einhaltung über­wachen
  • Technische Problemlösungen vorschlagen und mit internen Ansprechpartnern abstimmen
  • Bei drohendem Terminverzug oder techni­schen Mängeln Maßnahmen zur Einhaltung des Terminplanes bzw. zur Sicherstellung der technischen Anforderungen erarbeiten und mit den Be­teiligten (z.B. Kunden, andere Gewerke, Vertrieb) auch bei gegensätzlichen Interessen verhandeln
  • Mehr- und Minderleistungen erfassen, bewerten, mit internen Ansprechpartnern abstimmen und über Anerkennung verhandeln
  • Abnehmen von Anlagen/ Systemen, Liefer- und Leistungsabweichungen beheben lassen. Anlagen, Systeme etc. an Kunden übergeben und Übergabe dokumentie­ren
  • Kunden in Service- und lnbetriebnahmefragen beraten
  • Im Gewährleistungsfall die Ursachen klären, den Schadens-/ Reparaturum­fang ermitteln und eine Gewährleistungsempfehlung zur Entscheidung weiterleiten. Maßnahmen planen und umsetzen, die die Verfügbarkeit der Anlage im Störungsfall innerhalb der vertraglichen Zeiträume/Fristen sicherstellen und Ersatzteile disponieren
  • Erstellen von Dokumentationen: Anlagen- und Systemdokumentation sowie die dazugehörigen Unterlagen (z.B. Prüflisten, Statistiken, Fehlerprotokolle) erstellen. Normen, Verordnun­gen und Qualitätsrichtlinien einhalten bzw. deren Einhaltung sicherstellen
  • Prüflisten, Inbetriebnahme- und Serviceanweisungen sowie Prüfsoftware anpassen, Prüfhilfsmittel auswählen und zusammenstellen

Ihr Profil

  • Sie verfügen über eine Ausbildung im Bereich Elektrotechnik, Elektronik, Mechatronik oder einem verwandten Fachgebiet und einen Abschluß als Bachelor oder Techniker
  • Sie verfügen idealerweise über ein tiefgreifendes Verständnis der Funktionsweise von Elektronenmikroskopen sowie deren Installation, Wartung und Fehlerbehebung
  • Fähigkeit, Störungen zu analysieren, Probleme zu identifizieren und effektive Lösungen zu entwickeln
  • Erfahrung in der Koordination von Inbetriebnahme- und Servicearbeiten sowie Fähigkeit, Termine mit verschiedenen beteiligten Parteien abzustimmen und sicherzustellen, dass sie eingehalten werden
  • Fähigkeit, technische Probleme zu identifizieren, Lösungen vorzuschlagen und diese mit internen und externen Parteien abzustimmen
  • Fähigkeit, effektiv mit internen Ansprechpartnern, Kunden und anderen beteiligten Parteien zu kommunizieren und bei Bedarf Verhandlungsgeschick zu zeigen
  • Fähigkeit, effektiv in einem Team zu arbeiten und bei Bedarf mit anderen Abteilungen zusammenzuarbeiten, um Projekte erfolgreich abzuschließen
  • Fähigkeit zur Erstellung von Anlagen- und Systemdokumentationen sowie anderer relevanter Unterlagen gemäß geltenden Normen, Verordnungen und Qualitätsrichtlinien
  • Gute Englischkenntnisse
  • Internationale Reisebereitschaft
