Senior Chemist (f/m) Research & Development

based in Monheim am Rhein

Your Responsibilities â effective

• Lead and support cost saving projects where chemical validation is necessary

• Qualify new Raw Material manufacturers & support reformulation

• Align with procurement, regulatory affairs and other divisions (RDE, Marketing) on project scope

• Execute lab work such as stability and application tests, accompany plant tests and market tests, coordinate external and internal analytical and microbiological tests

• Execute Admin work in internal systems (e.g. IPR, TAGS, â¦)

• Support in force majeures and RM discontinuation situations

• Be the OI Business-partner for a dedicated division

Your Profile - impressive

• Masterâs degree in chemistry or equivalent combined with several years of working experience in R&D

• Project leadership skills including the ability to influence and inspire people not under direct leadership

• Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders and collaborators on an international and virtual base

• Analytical skills combined with an inquisitive nature, strong learning agility, and a proactive hands-on approach

• Fluency in English required, German and other languages are beneficial
