Management of various IT projects and service changes (ERP, DMS, EDI, BI)
Management of application support for business application services
Creating meaningful reports on the status of projects and service delivery
Cooperation with project participants and stakeholdersRequirements
Successfully completed vocational training or a comparable qualification in the field of IT
Several years of experience in service or project management
Interest in and quick understanding of business processes (technical and commercial)
Very good written and spoken English skillsServices
