In diesem Unternehmen steht die Softwareentwicklung im Mittelpunkt – die gesamte Software wird inhouse entwickelt. Die Frontend-Entwickler konzentrieren sich hauptsächlich auf die Weiterentwicklung des Online-Shops, von einfachen Landingpages bis hin zu komplexen Online-Konfiguratoren. Dabei sind Themen wie Mobile, Responsive Webdesign, UX, Single Page Applications, APIs und vieles mehr von großer Bedeutung.
In dieser Rolle hast du die Möglichkeit, in Voll- oder Teilzeit an innovativen, spannenden und komplexen Projekten zu arbeiten. Du wirst nicht nur Projekte leiten, sondern auch dein Team weiterentwickeln und einen echten Unterschied machen.

Aufgaben

  • Du trägst die Verantwortung für das digitale Produktportfolio des Unternehmens, von Landing Pages über Produktkonfiguratoren bis hin zum Warenkorb und der Kaufabwicklung.

  • Mit innovativen Ideen und effektiven A/B-Tests optimierst du kontinuierlich die Conversion Rate und sorgst für eine optimale Kundenzufriedenheit.

  • Du führst ein Team von Produktmanagern und UX/UI-Spezialisten sowohl fachlich als auch disziplinarisch.

  • Deine Leidenschaft für Datenanalysen hilft dabei, das Kundenverhalten besser zu verstehen und ehrgeizige Unternehmensziele zu erreichen.

  • Gemeinsam mit deinem Team setzt du Projekte nach agilen Methoden wie Scrum oder Kanban um und gewährleistest einen reibungslosen Ablauf und effiziente Arbeitsprozesse.

  • Du arbeitest in enger Abstimmung mit den Abteilungen Softwareentwicklung, Marketing und Kreation, um sicherzustellen, dass die Produktstrategie mit den Unternehmenszielen und den Bedürfnissen der Kunden im Einklang steht.

  • Du behältst die Konkurrenz und den Markt im Blick, um sicherzustellen, dass das Unternehmen stets wettbewerbsfähige Produkte und Services anbietet.

Profil

  • Du verfügst über mehrjährige Berufserfahrung als Product Owner oder Produktmanager in einem B2C-Umfeld.

  • Du hast bereits Führungserfahrung gesammelt oder bist hoch motiviert, jetzt den nächsten Schritt in eine Führungsrolle zu gehen.

  • Mit deinen hervorragenden Kommunikationsfähigkeiten begeisterst du nicht nur dein Team, sondern auch das gesamte Unternehmen.

  • Du bist ergebnisorientiert, hast stets deine KPIs im Blick und setzt alles daran, Projekte mit voller Energie voranzutreiben.

  • Du hast ein tiefes Verständnis für agile Arbeitsweisen sowie für UX/UI-Design-Prinzipien.

  • Du sprichst fließend Deutsch.
