Your new tasks as AI Business Analyst (f/m/div) include:

• Analyze, optimize, model and automate decision-making, business and production processes using data analytics and AI
• Coordination and management of application-oriented & strategic digitalization, data analytics and AI projects in the R&D and production environment
• Support in the implementation of solutions ranging from innovative proof-of-concept to fully productive applications through visualization, monitoring and dashboard solutions
• Acting as an interface between business, data science and IT in data analytics and AI projects
• Presentation of results and methods to various stakeholders including senior management

At the same time, you keep an overview even in complex situations, avoid problems through forward-looking planning and are prepared to take risks carefully.
You successfully meet the requirements if you:

• Successfully completed scientific/technical studies (Master or PhD), e.g. industrial engineering or similar
• Have several years (+5) of relevant professional experience in modelling and automating business processes in industry (preferably semiconductor industry) with appropriate tools (e.g. BPMN, ProcessMining)
• Have experience in dealing with or even managing (agile) digitization projects in the production environment
• Have demonstrated a comprehensive understanding of data provision and data analytics and AI solutions
• Have sound knowledge in the implementation of visualization and dashboard solutions (e.g. Tableau, Knime)
• Ideally, have basic knowledge of business processes in the semiconductor industry (preferably Infineon)
• Have sound knowledge of communicating and presenting complex technical solutions to various interest groups
• Fluent English skills and ideally very good German skills
