The role:

  • Support the Sales Manager (SM) to prospect on specific strategic focus markets.
  • Supports SM in daily business as active part of cross functional team and with direct communication with A and B customers with their agreements
  • Look after Incoming orders, turnover, and standard gross margin for all products sold domestically and internationally to the Key Account Customers assigned
  • Advises customers and proposes the best solution in the spirit of long-term relations.
  • Manages RFQs, populates inquiry masks to support quote generation, distributes quotes and does follow up.
  • Provide close support to our top Europe customers with the aim of achieving good customer retention and a high level of customer satisfaction

Job Requirements/Qualifications

  • Fluent in German and English
  • College degree preferred. Scientific or technical degree (min. Bachelor); preferably in optical technology or chemistry 
  • High level of self-organization and initiative, strong communication skills
  • Good negotiation and influencing skills in German and English

Compensation

  • Base Salary 45,000
  • Permanent Contract
  • Generous list of benefits
