Um die Fachbereiche durch IT-Lösungen optimal bei deren Geschäftsprozessen zu unterstützen, nimmt die Schwarz IT die Anforderungen der Fachbereiche in Beratungsgesprächen auf und erarbeitet gemeinsam mit diesen professionelle und leistungsfähige IT-Lösungen. Credit Risk Manager (m/w/d) Einsatzbereich: Finanzen / Controlling / Accounting / Steuern // Ort: Neckarsulm // Arbeitsmodell: Vollzeit Deine Aufgaben Unterstützung bei der Weiterentwicklung der Antragsprüfung (Risiko / Betrug) und Zahlartensteuerung Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Konzepten, Strategien und Prozessen zur effektiven Risiko-Prävention Ideengeber für die Weiterentwicklung und Ausrichtung des Credit Risk Management fachliche Steuerung der bereichsübergreifenden Themen Verantwortung für die Qualität der implementierten Funktionen und Services Sicherstellung der Stabilität von Prozessen und Ergebnissen. Adressatengerechte Erstellung von Präsentationen zur Erläuterung von Konzepten, Risiko-Prozessen und -Szenarien, komplexen Sachverhalten und Auswirkungsanalysen Anforderung neuer Funktionen, Services, Lösungsmodule oder Datenquellen zur Risikoerkennung und deren Abnahme / Qualitätssicherung Regelmäßige Prüfung der Wirksamkeit der Präventionstools sowie deren Optimierung Koordination und verantwortliche Steuerung von Projekten und Aufgaben im Credit Risk Management / auch in Zusammenarbeit mit verschiedenen internen und externen Stakeholdern Evaluierung neuer Software und Tools Dein Profil Du hast dein Studium der Wirtschaftsinformatik oder einen vergleichbaren Studiengang abgeschlossen Du hast bereits erste Berufserfahrung im Bereich Credit Risk Management, Zahlartensteuerung und oder Fraud Management sammeln können Du kennst und beherrscht eine Vielzahl von Methoden, Technologien und Verfahren im Bereich Credit Risk Management und wendest diese sicher an Gute Kenntnisse und praktische Erfahrungen im Projektmanagement sowie agiler Arbeitsmethoden zeichnen dich aus Du bist kommunikativ, engagiert und teamorientiert Eine selbständige sowie strukturierte Arbeitsweise runden dein Profil ab Du kommunizierst sicher auf Deutsch und Englisch Unser Angebot Einarbeitung: Wir arbeiten dich intensiv in deine Themen ein Team: Arbeite in einem motivierten, aufgeschlossenen und hilfsbereiten Team Wir: Bei uns erlebst du ein wertschätzendes und kollegiales Miteinander mit einer Kultur der offenen Türen Weiterbildung: Dich erwarten individuelle Angebote zur persönlichen und fachlichen Weiterentwicklung Vergütung: Bei uns erwartet dich eine attraktive Entlohnung Sicherheit: Du profitierst von einem sicheren Arbeitsplatz in einem dynamischen Handelsunternehmen Mobiles Arbeiten: Da uns flexible Arbeitsweisen wichtig sind, ermöglichen wir mobiles Arbeiten an bis zu drei Tagen pro Arbeitswoche.
