Zur Verstärkung in der Abteilung Portfoliomanagement suchen wir einen strukturierten Quality Manager Basic Seed für die KWS Saat SE & Co. KGaA am Standort in Einbeck/ Niedersachsen. Als Manager (m/w/d) sind sie verantwortlich für Qualitätssicherung und -management unseres Zuckerrüben-Basissaatguts. Diese spannende Position ist in Vollzeit, unbefristet und zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt zu besetzen.

  • Qualitätssicherung für Basissaatgutposten, d.h. Koordinierung der Laboranalysen, Feldprüfungen sowie Verarbeitung und Bewertung der Ergebnisse (Datenmanagement)
  • Bearbeitung von Qualitätsfragen in der gesamten Prozesskette von Basis- bis Verkaufssaatgut
  • Mitarbeit bei der Entwicklung eines übergreifenden Qualitätsmanagements 
  • Weiterentwicklung von Prüfkriterien und Grenzwerten für die Reinheit des Saatgutes
  • Entwicklung effizienter Planungs- und Qualitätsmanagementtools gemeinsam mit IT
  • Weiterentwicklung und Unterstützung des Portfoliomanagements 
  • Übernahme von Projektverantwortung
    • abgeschlossenes Studium der Agrarwissenschaften, Biologie oder vergleichbare Qualifikation, gern mit züchterischen Schwerpunkten
    • hohe Eigeninitiative und Selbständigkeit
    • strukturierte, exakte und zielorientierte Arbeitsweise
    • analysieren auch komplexer Zusammenhänge mit der Fähigkeit, diese zielgruppengerecht aufzubereiten
    • Neugier und Veränderungswillen
    • hohes Maß an Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit
    • ausgeprägte IT-Affinität 
    • sicher in den MS-Office-Produkten, wünschenswert ist grundlegendes Datenbankverständnis (SAP, Access o.ä.)
    • sehr gute Englisch- und Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
    • Erfahrung aus Pflanzenzüchtung, Labor und/oder Qualitätssicherung von Vorteil
