Operations Coordinator Logistics

Ihre Aufgaben
- Überwachung des operativen Tagesgeschäfts mit Gewährleistung der Verfügbarkeit von Waren und Lagerkapazität
- Erster Ansprechpartner für den Dienstleister bei kurzfristiger Planung und Problemlösung
- Klärung von Kapazitätsdifferenzen zwischen aktueller Auftragslage und zur Verfügung stehender Lagerkapazitäten
- Sicherstellung der zeitlichen Einhaltung durch den Dienstleister im Bereich Warenein- und Ausgang, sowie Retouren
- Überprüfung der Lagerprozesse auf Optimierungspotenzial
- Koordination mit vorangestellten und nachgelagerten Arbeitsschritten (Kontakt zur Transportplanung des Warenein- und Ausgangs, sowie Retouren)
- Verbrauchsmanagement (Sicherstellung der optimalen Verfügbarkeit von Verbrauchsgütern des Versandprozesses)
- Überwachung und Optimierung der Prozessteuerung des Dienstleisters
Ihr Profil
- Sie verfügen über einen Bachelor/Master in Logistik / Supply Chain Management oder abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung – idealerweise im Bereich Spedition und Logistikdienstleistungen – mit einschlägiger Berufserfahrung
- Sie verfügen über Berufserfahrung in der Logistikbranche und operativen Tagesgeschäft
- Sie zeichnen sich durch Eigeninitiative, Flexibilität und Hands-on-Mentalität und Belastbarkeit in Stress-Situationen aus
- Ausgezeichnete Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in deutscher Sprache sind erforderlich, Englisch wünschenswert
- Sehr gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse (hauptsächlich Excel), Erfahrung mit SAP, TMS Tools und der Erstellung von Kennzahlenberichten runden Ihr Profil ab
