Aufgaben Your Responsibilities · You shape the overall selection of product categories within the x-kom store's offering. You support its development based on the established strategy. · You contribute to marketing strategies and initiate promotional activities related to product development. · You manage set turnover and margin targets. · You establish and implement budget plans for the assigned product category. · You collaborate and maintain strong relationships with vendors and distributors. You prepare and conduct commercial negotiations. · You manage the inventory levels of the specified product category. You monitor and verify product rotation, as well as negotiate payment terms. · You closely collaborate with the marketing department to create and implement promotional strategies for the designated product category. · You track and identify market and consumer trends. Profil Our expectations: · Experience : you have experience in the commercial and procurement field, particularly in the e-commerce industry. · Negotiation : you enjoy persuading others with your opinions and thrill about conducting negotiations. · Market Knowledge : you are familiar with current trends in commerce and procurement. You understand how e-commerce operates and have knowledge of marketing. · Skills : you possess a keen commercial sense, allowing you to understand the needs of the end customer. · Communication and Teamwork : you enjoy engaging with people, especially listening to others and empathizing with their situations, contributing to effective teamwork. · Punctuality and Precision : you adhere to deadlines and conscientiously fulfil your duties. These traits will assist you in organizing team work and your own responsibilities effectively. · Analytical Thinking : you comprehend that if A results from B, it does not necessarily mean that B results from A. You ask appropriate questions to gather necessary information and can draw conclusions. · Being a Geek : you enjoy gaining new experiences and continually enhancing your skills.
