Du willst im Bereich Consulting – SAP internationale Kunden bei der Planung und Umsetzung komplexer SAP-Transformationen begleiten? Dein Impact:

Als (Junior) Consultant (m/w/d) setzt du als Quereinsteiger den Startschuss für deine Karriere im Consulting. Mache an der Seite unserer etablierten SAP Expert:innen deine ersten Schritte und lerne, das volle Potential auszuschöpfen.

  • Vielfalt: Gemeinsam mit unseren SAP Expert:innen übernimmst du Schritt für Schritt umfassende Verantwortung für den SAP-Betrieb und die Systembetreuung und –pflege sowie Customizing im Schwerpunkt SAP FI/CO oder SAP Public Sector.
  • Schnittstelle: Dabei agierst du als Kontaktpunkt zwischen der Fachbereichsseite, der IT und dem internen Team.
  • Weiterentwicklung: Zudem unterstützt du uns bei der Optimierung zukunftsorientierter Services, Produkte und Lösungen für unsere Kunden im nationalen sowie internationalen Umfeld.
  • Gestaltungsräume: Durch deine gewonnene Expertise treibst du die Weiterentwicklung unserer umfangreichen Services, Produkte und Lösungen zusammen im SAP-Team voran.
  • Best Practice: Arbeite in einem multidisziplinären Team in einer agilen und modernen Arbeitsumgebung mit der Möglichkeit deine eigenen Ideen einzubringen und damit für echten Mehrwert zu sorgen.
Dein Skillset:
  • Abschluss einer Ausbildung oder eines Studiums oder ehemaliger Offizier der Bundeswehr
  • Erste Erfahrung (2-5 Jahre) in Bereichen des Controllings wie z. B. in der Lohn- und Gehaltsbuchhaltung, Inhouse Consulting oder dem öffentlichen Sektor wie z. B. der Abteilung Haushalt- und Finanzen als auch in der Nutzung von SAP-Lösungen (z. B. als SAP Key-User)
  • Großes Interesse und Lernbereitschaft für Technologie, Prozesse und SAP sowie gutes betriebswirtschaftliches Verständnis sowie der Abläufe im öffentlichen Sektor oder Controlling
  • Spaß an der Lösung komplexer Herausforderungen und Lust darauf in Projektteams beim Kunden zu arbeiten
  • Deutsch und Englisch sehr gut in Wort und Schrift sowie eine hohe Reisebereitschaft
