We are looking for a

FP&A Business Analyst (m/f/d)

to strengthen our Finance Department located in Cologne.

Your main tasks:

  • Analyse financial/operational information and reports to provide accurate and timely financial recommendations for management to make decisions
  • Ensure accurate and timely monthly forecasts and full transparency of assigned P&L lines for the German market
  • Develop advanced interactive reporting dashboard – visualization of KPIs, performance tracking, trends analysis
  • Be the link between the FP&A team and other departments within the German market organization.
  • Influence the company’s profitability by driving investment efficiency
  • Prepare high quality reports and presentations for the management
Your profile:

  • University degree with major subject in finance or data science preferred
  • 2+ years of experience in the field of commercial finance
  • Excellent analytical skills as advanced user of Excel
  • Pro-active pursuit of continuous improvements
  • Global and open attitude towards working with diverse cultures and backgrounds
  • Very good communication skills, ability to go into details and articulate findings in a comprehensive way
  • Interest in innovative technologies and latest trends
  • Experienced user of financial modeling tools (e.G. Power BI, SAP Analytics)
  • Fluent in English, knowledge of German is a plus
