Business Process Analyst (m/w/d) Dabei sind deine Aufgaben u.a.:- Optimierung von ERP-Funktionalitäten
- Visualisierung, Analyse und Optimierung von Prozessen
- Erstellung, Betreuung und Beratung von Change Requests (Testing, Dokumentation, Prozessintegration) hinsichtlich Digitalisierungs- und Automatisierungsprojekten
- Entwicklung und Implementierung von Lösungen zur Prozessautomatisierung und Effizienzsteigerung
- Erstellung von Lasten- und Pflichtenheften sowie Umsetzungskonzepten
- Bindeglied zwischen den Fachabteilungen und den externen Entwicklern
- Beschreibung und Dokumentation von Unternehmensprozessen
- Gestaltung neuer Prozesse sowie Anleitung und Überwachung projektbezogener Arbeitsgruppen
- Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich IT oder Wirtschaft (z.B. Wirtschaftsinformatik, Betriebliches Informationsmanagement, BWL, o.ä.) oder Ausbildung als Fachinformatiker bzw. vergleichbare Qualifikation
- mind. 2-3 Jahre Erfahrung im Projektmanagement und Prozessmanagement
- Softwarekenntnisse im Process Design wären wünschenswert
- sehr gute kommunikationssichere Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Eine schnelle Auffassungsgabe und eigenständiges Arbeiten sowie Teamgeist runden Ihr Profil ab
