Fr unseren Standort in Mnchen suchen wir eine technisch versierte Fhrungspersnlichkeit, die unsere Technologie-Strategie entwickelt, Innovationen vorantreibt und unser Engineering-Team aufbaut & skaliert.
Als Head of Engineering bist du mageblich fr unsere technologische Roadmap verantwortlich. Du leitest die Entwicklung unserer proprietren Energy Management Plattform , sorgst fr Skalierbarkeit & Sicherheit und treibst Innovation in einem schnell wachsenden Markt voran.
Produktentwicklung & Innovation Weiterentwicklung der encosa Energy Cloud & Integration neuer Technologien (z. B. AI-driven Analytics, IoT, Batteriespeicher-Optimierung ).
Prozessoptimierung & technische Exzellenz Analyse und kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung unserer technischen Workflows, Systeme und Tools.
Teamaufbau & Leadership Aufbau, Fhrung & Skalierung eines High-Performance Engineering-Teams mit einer Kultur der Innovation & Exzellenz.
Technisches Risikomanagement Identifikation & Minimierung potenzieller technischer Herausforderungen, um nachhaltiges Wachstum sicherzustellen.
Mindestens 10 Jahre Erfahrung im technischen Umfeld mitbringst davon mindestens 5 Jahre in leitender Position als Team Lead, Head of Engineering oder CTO, idealerweise in einem Startup- oder Scale-up-Kontext.
Flieend Englisch sprichst Deutschkenntnisse sind von Vorteil, aber kein Muss.
In einer dynamischen Umgebung aufblhst Du hast Erfahrung im Startup-/Scale-up-Umfeld und kannst mit sich ndernden Prioritten umgehen.
