To help take this data network tothe next generation of innovation and efficiency, we are seeking a Head of IntelligentData Processing . The position is based at the heart of our company at ourheadquarters in Munich, Germany, but we are also open to hire top talent fromaround the World with travel flexibility.
In this role, you will:
- Reporting to the ChiefOperating Officer and working closely with all stakeholders across theorganization.
- Manage and optimise a large, highlymotivated and qualified team responsible for managing and processing investmentdata.
- Create a vision for a futuredata architecture based on straight-through-processing while ensuring data securityat a granular level.
- Develop a framework forinnovative techniques to automate data capture and processing pipelinesincluding but not limited to: Artificial Intelligence, Supervised Learning,Fuzzy Logic, OCR, etc.
- Build and run KPI drivendataflow and quality measurement systems that optimizes productivity and also servesas a basis for senior management reporting.
- Design solutions forstructured, unstructured and semi-structured data, including text andmultimedia.
- Understand client needs andcurrent market trends for data processing and consumption and ensure CEPRES isable to respond to and lead the market.
- Assess competitor offerings,seeking opportunities for differentiation.
- Drive innovation in CEPRES dataprocessing to help attract new clients and determine strategy to ‘win themarket’.
- Contribute to data solution pricingand positioning strategies.
- Work with Marketing tomaintain awareness with internal and external stakeholders and ensure strongmarket messaging and positioning.
- Work with Sales to support keyprospect meetings and winning business with new clients.
- Monitor data flows throughanalytical tools and client feedback to optimize future needs.
- Bea private markets data expert, be aware of industry trends, drivers andinitiatives, especially with data; understand the competitive offerings andtheir differentiators in the market, read trade and industry journals to keepabreast of industry thoughts and initiatives.
- 10+ years of relevant workexperience in complex Data Processing.
- 5+ years managing teams handlingfinancial data from diverse sources and formats.
- Deep knowledge and experienceof data management including automation and straight through processing.
- Experience in relevant modernconcepts for data management e.g. Blockchain, Artificial Intelligence/MachineLearning for data processing, Big Data Analytics, In-Memory Computing, etc.
- Private Markets experience isa strong benefit.
- MBA or equivalent workexperience.
- Sharp mind and creativethinker with analytical and problem-solving skills.
