- Koordination der Erstellung des Sicherheitskonzepts, des Notfallvorsorgekonzepts und weiterer System-Sicherheitsrichtlinien sowie Erlass weiterer Richtlinien und Regelungen zur Informationssicherheit
- Die Steuerung des Informationssicherheitsprozesses und die Mitarbeit an allen damit verbundenen Aufgaben
- Unterstützung der Leitungsebene bei der Erstellung der Leitlinie zur Informationssicherheit
- Berichterstattung über den Status quo der Informationssicherheit an die Leitungsebene und den IT-Leiter
- Initiierung und Koordination von Sensibilisierungs- und Schulungsmaßnahmen zur Informationssicherheit
- Ein tiefes Verständnis und Identifikation mit den Zielsetzungen der Informationssicherheit sowie einen Überblick über Aufgaben und Ziele der Institution
- Kooperations- und Teamfähigkeit gepaart mit Durchsetzungsvermögen
- Erfahrungen im Projektmanagement, idealerweise im Bereich der Systemanalyse und Kenntnisse über Methoden zur Risikoanalyse
- Grundlegende Kenntnisse über die Prozesse und Fachaufgaben innerhalb der Institution
- Die Bereitschaft, sich kontinuierlich weiterzubilden und auf dem neuesten Stand der IT-Entwicklungen zu bleiben
