- Fachliche Führung von interdisziplinären Produktlinienteams
- Ausrichtung und Weiterentwicklung der Produktlinie unter Berücksichtigung von produktrelevanten Markt- und Wettbewerberinformationen
- Bestimmung der Vorteile und Nachteile im Wettbewerbsvergleich sowie der Value Position
- Verantwortliche Entwicklung der Produktlinienstrategie, der Produkt Roadmap und von Produkt-Markt-Plänen
- Erarbeitung und Festlegung eines Finanzierungskonzeptes für die Produktentwicklung der Produktlinie in Abstimmung mit den verantwortlichen Linienverantwortlichen (inklusive F&E Planung)
- Sicherstellung der Vertriebsunterstützung hinsichtlich produktspezifischer Vertriebsunterlagen
- Verantwortliche Entwicklung und Lieferung der Produkte einschließlich erforderlicher Dokumentation in der Rolle als Product Owner gegenüber dem Entwicklungsteam

- Abgeschlossenes technisches oder betriebswirtschaftliches Hochschulstudium (Dipl.-Ing./ Dipl.-Inform./ Master) oder vergleichbar
- Langjährige Erfahrung im Projektmanagement, Vertrieb oder in der Entwicklung
- Technologische Expertise im jeweiligen Produktbereich
- Projektmanagement-Zertifizierung Level – C nach GPM-Standard oder äquivalentes Systems Engineering Zertifikat wünschenswert
- Erfahrung in der verantwortlichen Führung von Teams und im Produktmanagement (Roadmap, Lifecycle M. etc.)
- Unternehmerisches sowie strategisches Denken und Handeln
- Durchsetzungsvermögen und Kommunikationsgeschick
- Hohe interkulturelle Kompetenz
- Reisebereitschaf
