The Global Service Readiness Engineer for Cytiva is responsible for ensuring high serviceability standards in new product development- & lifecycle-management projects, technical publications, initial training, global parts availability, and service process validation .

This position is part of the Global Service Readiness Engineering Team located in Dreieich, Germany and will be hybrid . Represent the service organization in new product development- & life-cycle management projects as technical subject matter expert
Develop, update and maintain our internal and external product service documentation
Set FRU (spare part) strategies and interfacing with external organizations such as Service Operations, R&D and Product Engineering

University Degree in Engineering: e.g. Biomedical, Mechatronics, Systems-Engineering, etc.
~3-5 years of relevant work experience (e.g. field service engineer, project engineer, manufacturing engineer)
~ Hands-on approach with regards to installations, upgrades and repairs
~ Excellent English skills in writing and speaking
