We're currently seeking a talented individual located in the Stuttgart metropolitan area, who excels in building strong client relationships and igniting sales growth. We offer a permanent position on either a full-time or part-time basis (minimum 60%). Are you ready to take on the challenge? SENIOR CLIENT ACCOUNT MANAGER (m/w/d) Your role:

Managing existing clients and strengthening (key) account relationships Leading proposal process, including writing, submission, follow-up and closure Directly engaging with clients throughout the sales process and gathering post-project feedback Driving CRM activities ensuring seamless communication and client satisfaction Developing and establishing new contacts within our client base Participating in strategic sales meetings and liaising with finance to support the invoicing process

Your profile:

Degree in Business Administration or comparable professional experience Experience in customer relations and ability to build up and maintain enterprise client relationships, including liaising with client contacts on all levels and in different countries Excellent written and spoken English and good German skills Knowledge of the pharmaceutical sector is beneficial Competence with CRM software is an asset Based in the Stuttgart metropolitan area and min. 5-6 days presence per month in our Reutlingen office Result orientation with strong communication and problem-solving skills Teamplayer
