Das Thema Education ist für prismat von strategischer Bedeutung. Ziel ist es, Wissen im Unternehmen strukturiert auf- und auszubauen. Hierzu erweitern wir den prismat/LEARNING-HUB als zentrale Lernplattform nachhaltig und gewährleisten das Angebot passender Demo- und Schulungssysteme in Kombination mit der Durchführung interner und externer Schulungen.

Als SAP Education Consultant (all genders) übernimmst du eine zentrale Rolle in der Weiterbildung unserer Mitarbeitenden und Kunden im SAP-Umfeld, mit besonderem Fokus auf das Extended Warehouse Management (EWM). Du führst sowohl interne als auch externe prismat-Schulungen durch, und zwar sowohl in Präsenz als auch remote auf Deutsch und Englisch. Dabei erstreckt sich dein Aufgabenbereich auch auf die Durchführung von SAP-Schulungen aus deinem Fachgebiet, wie beispielsweise EWM oder Transportation Management (TM).
Ein weiterer Schwerpunkt deiner Tätigkeit liegt im inhaltlichen Aufbau, der Aktualisierung und dem Ausbau unserer prismat-Schulungen in deinen speziellen Themenschwerpunkten. Du stellst sicher, dass sämtliche Inhalte nahtlos in die prismat-Schulungslandschaft integriert werden, sowohl für interne als auch für externe Schulungen. Darüber hinaus generierst du Video-Schulungscontent, um unsere Schulungsangebote zu ergänzen und zu bereichern.

gute fachliche Kenntnisse im Bereich SAP Extended Warehousemanagement, die mit geringer Vorbereitungszeit die Durchführung von Endanwender- und Customizingschulungen ermöglichen
Kenntnisse in weiteren logistikrelevanten SAP Modulen (TM, PP, MM, SD, …) von Vorteil
sehr hohe Kommunikations-, Präsentations- und Argumentationsfähigkeit
sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
Projekterfahrungen im SAP-Umfeld
hohe Reisebereitschaft
