Real estate valuation analysis & cash flow modeling



•Student from a leading business school, engineering school or university



•High level of proficiency with MS Office tools



•Excellent English and German working proficiency



•Strong organizational and communication skills and the ability to convey complex data in an easy, concise and simple manner



Ability to deliver multiple projects under tight time frames while delivering work accurately



•Understanding of basic real estate and finance terms and concepts
