Führung: Sie sind verantwortlich für die fachliche und disziplinarische Führung sowie Weiterentwicklung eines Teams von IT-Servicemanager:innen und -expert:innen
Strategische Verantwortung & Servicequalität: Sie entwickeln die ITSM-Strategie und setzen diese um, zudem stellen Sie durch definierte IT-Dienstleistungen sowie kontinuierliche Optimierungen anhand von KPI's und Feedback eine hohe Servicequalität sicher
Prozessgestaltung & Toolmanagement: Sie gestalten, dokumentieren und optimieren ITIL-basierte Prozesse und verantworten die Auswahl, Einführung und Weiterentwicklung moderner ITSM-Tools
Projekt- & Ressourcensteuerung: Sie leiten und koordinieren IT-Projekte, verantworten die Budgetplanung, den Ressourceneinsatz und begleiten Lizenz- sowie Systemprüfungen
Kooperation & Schnittstellenmanagement: Sie arbeiten eng mit den internen Fachbereichen, IT-Abteilungen und externen Dienstleistern zusammen, um reibungslose Abläufe und eine gemeinsame Zielerreichung sicherzustellen

mehrjährige) Erfahrungen: im IT-Bereich sowie in der Führung und Motivation von Teams

Qualifikation: Hochschulabschluss mit Schwerpunkt Informationstechnologie, bevorzugt Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
(Fundierte) Kenntnisse: im IT-Service-Management, umfassendes Wissen über ITIL, idealerweise ITIL 4 und ITSM-Prozesse, im Umgang mit gängigen ITSM-Tools (z. B. ServiceNow, Jira Service Management) sowie Kenntnisse aktueller IT-Trends und Bewusstsein für neue Technologien und Trends im Bereich ITSM
