Project Manager - Global Product Management (m/w/d)

  • Sie sind verantwortlich für die Leitung von Projekten innerhalb der Gipssparte von Knauf im Zusammenhang mit Trockenbauprodukten, Gipsputzen und Estrichen
  • In Ihrer Funktion leiten und managen Sie Projekte auf regionaler und globaler Ebene in den Bereichen Produkt-, Markt- und Geschäftsentwicklung, Make-or-Buy-Analysen, Fusionen und Übernahmen
  • Zu Ihren Aufgaben gehören die Identifizierung und Zuweisung der für die Projektdurchführung erforderlichen Ressourcen und die Definition potenzieller Risiken
  • Sie analysieren Geschäftsprozesse und erarbeiten Lösungskonzepte und Handlungsempfehlungen für die Knauf Gesellschaften
  • Darüber hinaus arbeiten Sie aktiv mit den Projektmitgliedern und den Stakeholdern zusammen, um sicherzustellen, dass die vereinbarten Zeitpläne eingehalten werden
  • Innerhalb des Zeitraums von 12 Monaten besteht die Perspektive, die Leitung eines Teams von Projektmanagern innerhalb der Global Product Management Organisation zu übernehmen
  • Sie haben ein Hochschulstudium in Betriebswirtschaft oder im Ingenieurwesen für die Fachbereiche Maschinenbau, Elektrotechnik, Bauwesen oder Verfahrenstechnik abgeschlossen
  • Einschlägige Erfahrung im Projektmanagement insbesondere im Rahmen der erfolgreichen Leitung und Durchführung von Projekten innerhalb des Zeit- und Budgetrahmens zeichnen Sie aus
  • Sie verfügen über ein ausgeprägtes Verständnis von Projektmanagement Methoden und eine analytische Denkweise mit der Fähigkeit, Probleme zu erkennen, Optionen zu bewerten und effektive Lösungen umzusetzen
  • Die Expertise in Projektmanagement Software und die Kenntnis branchenspezifischer Vorschriften, Normen und bewährter Verfahren sind von Vorteil
  • Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse (in Wort und Schrift) runden Ihr Profil ab
