Create the digital future of customer service at Freudenberg As an Inhouse Consultant SAP CS (f/m/d), you will shape the introduction of the new S/4HANA solution in customer service.
Whether you already have profound experience in SAP CS or would like to use your SAP SD knowledge to familiarize yourself with SAP CS - with us you can expect international projects at the interface between business and IT organizations.
You support our team as
Inhouse Consultant SAP CS / Customer Service (f/m/d)
As the connection between business and IT organizations, you design complex SAP solutions with a focus on customer service and repair processes.
Contact Person: You provide support in all matters related to customer service and repairs.
Implementer: You implement solutions in the areas of SAP Customer Service (CS) and SAP Sales & Distribution (SD).
Transformer: You introduce the new S/4HANA service solution and the S/4 in-house repair process.
Project Manager: From the IT perspective, you manage SAP customer service and repair projects; SAP CS: Profound knowledge in the implementation, operation and support of SAP CS (Customer Service).
Projects: Experience in working on and managing IT projects for the in-house processes of repairs.
Knowledge of SAP SD and software development is a plus.
Communication skills, a structured, conceptual and independent way of working as well as a high ability to work in a team.
Language: Good German skills (approx. level B2) and very good English skills (approx. from level C1) for international cooperation.
