Uhren- und Schmuck-Manufaktur BERING - das ist minimalistisch-dänisches Uhren- und Schmuckdesign, kombiniert mit maximaler Materialstärke. Damit begeistern wir als Spezialist für zeitlos schöne und flache High-Tech-Keramikuhren und Keramikschmuck weltweit unsere Kunden und sind wie keine andere Marke in unserem Markt in kürzester Zeit so rasant gewachsen.
Wir suchen einen erfahrenen Operations Manager (m/w/d) Uhren- und Schmuck-Manufaktur, der* die täglichen Abläufe in unserem Unternehmen organisiert und überwacht. Der ideale Operations Manager (m/w/d) Uhren- und Schmuck-Manufaktur muss kompetent und in der Lage sein, viele verschiedene operative Aktivitäten zu planen.
Planung und Überwachung des täglichen Geschäftsbetriebes
Weiterentwicklung und Empowerment von Führungskräften sowie Mitarbeitenden
Weiterentwicklung des Standortes in enger Zusammenarbeit mit der Geschäftsführung
Mindestens ein abgeschlossenes Bachelor-Studium der Betriebswirtschaftslehre oder Wirtschaftswissenschaften oder ein vergleichbarer Abschluss
3 Jahre) als Operations Manager (m/w/d) Uhren- und Schmuck-Manufaktur oder in einer ähnlichen Position
Fundierte Kenntnisse verschiedener betriebswirtschaftlicher Bereiche, wie z.B. Finanzen, Supply-Chain-Management, Customer Service, etc.
Sehr gute Kenntnisse der MS-Office-Produkte sowie unterschiedlicher CRM- und ERP-Systeme
