Der KENFO hat die Aufgabe, die eingezahlten Mittel im Laufe dieses Jahrhunderts so zu verwalten und anzulegen, dass die Finanzierung der Zwischen- und Endlagerung des radioaktiven Abfalls in Deutschland gewährleistet ist.
Diese gesellschaftlich wichtige und anspruchsvolle Aufgabe wird von einem erfahrenen Team mit hoher Expertise bewältigt, das in einem sehr anspruchsvollen Umfeld des Asset Managements arbeitet. Mitwirkung an der kontinuierlichen Weiterentwicklung der Anlagestrategie für alternative Finanzanlagen (vor allem Private Equity) des KENFO
Mitwirkung an der Weiterentwicklung von internen Prozessen und Dokumentationen für alternative Finanzanlagen der Stiftung
Identifikation und Analyse von Investitionsmöglichkeiten in alternativen/illiquiden Assetklassen (vor allem Private Equity)
Pflege und Ausbau des KENFO Private Markets Netzwerkes durch regelmäßigen Austausch mit Managern, Investoren und Besuch von Fachmessen
Portfoliomanagement für Teile des Private Equity Portfolios:
Monitoring/Begleitung der getätigten Anlagen des illiquiden Portfolios bzw. von Teilbereichen (z.B. Vertretung des KENFO in Beiratssitzungen)
Unterstützung bei Sonderthemen und in abteilungsübergreifenden Prozessen und Projekten
Berufserfahrung im Bereich Private Markets, idealerweise erworben bei institutionellen Investoren wie z.B. Versicherungen, Vermögensverwalter oder einem General Partner
Aussagekräftiger Track-Record, bevorzugt in Private Equity
Breite Erfahrung in weiteren relevanten Assetklassen (z.B. Infrastruktur, Real Estate oder Private Debt) wünschenswert
Gute Kenntnisse und ein breites Netzwerk in der Finanzindustrie, insbesondere Private Markets (Berater, Asset Owner, Intermediäre, GPs, etc.)
Sprachen: Deutsch und Englisch, fließend in Wort und Schrift (verhandlungssicher)
Stärke in der Organisations- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit sowie Freude an der Arbeit im Team
