- Du bist für die selbstständige Vorbereitung, Durchführung und Nachbereitung der monatlichen Lohn- und Gehaltsabrechnung der Intershop Communications AG mit DATEV LODAS verantwortlich
- Du pflegst und verwaltest einen Teil unserer Personalstamm- und Zeitwirtschaftsdaten
- Du prüfst und verbuchst die Reisekostenabrechnungen
- Du fungierst als Ansprechpartner für unsere Mitarbeiter zu allen gehalts-, steuer- und sozialversicherungsrechtlichen Fragen
- Du führst das Melde-, Berichts- und Bescheinigungswesen durch und übernimmst die Korrespondenz mit Krankenkassen, Sozialversicherungsträgern sowie Behörden
- Du bereitest die Gehaltsabrechnungsdaten für verschiedene Auswertungen auf
- Du bist für Betreuung und Abwicklung der betrieblichen Altersvorsorge zuständig
- Du unterstützt beim Jahresabschluss und übernimmst die Vorbereitung und Betreuung von Lohnsteuer- und Sozialversicherungsprüfungen
- Du wirkst an der Weiterentwicklung und Optimierung unserer Abrechnungsprozesse mit
- Du hast eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation und verfügst über Erfahrung in der Lohn- und Gehaltsabrechnung
- Du bringst fundierte Kenntnisse im Steuer- und Sozialversicherungsrecht mit
- Du besitzt sehr gute Kenntnisse im Umgang mit DATEV LODAS, SAP FI und MS Office
- Idealerweise hast Du schon erste Erfahrungen im Umgang mit Personio
- Du bist kommunikationsfähig und hast ein freundliches und sicheres Auftreten
- Eine selbstständige, zuverlässige, strukturierte und genaue Arbeitsweise zeichnet Dich aus
- Ein hohes Maß an Eigeninitiative und Engagement zählen zu Deinen Stärken
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse sowie gute Englischkenntnisse runden Dein Profil ab
