Deine Aufgaben

Wofür du dein Bestes gibst.
Erarbeitung und Umsetzung von Konzepten und langfristigen IT-Strategien unter Berücksichtigung aktueller Marktbedingungen und Wettbewerbsanalysen.
Unterstützung bei der Steuerung der Transformationsprogramme sowie Weiterentwicklung von Strukturen und Prozessen innerhalb des CEO-Offices.
Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem internationalen Top-Management
Beantwortung strategie-naher und operativer Fragestellungen sowie die Funktion als Schnittstelle zwischen dem CEO und anderen nationale / internationale Abteilungen
Unterstützung des CEOs bei strategischen Entscheidungen durch Bereitstellung von Analysen, Empfehlungen und Präsentationen.
Vorbereitung und Koordination von internationalen Senior Management Gremien.

Dein Profil

Was du mitbringen solltest.
Abgeschlossene Studium oder vergleichbare Qualifikation, so wie Erfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Position, idealerweise im Vorstands- oder Geschäftsführungsbereich.
Hervorragende organisatorische Fähigkeiten und die Fähigkeit, Prioritäten zu setzen.
Ausgezeichnete Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in englischer Sprache und die Fähigkeit, effektiv mit verschiedenen Interessengruppen zu kommunizieren.
Analytisches Denkvermögen und die Fähigkeit, komplexe Informationen zu verarbeiten.
Diskretion und hohe Vertrauenswürdigkeit.
Selbstständigkeit und proaktive Herangehensweise an Aufgaben.

Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der IT-Strategie Beratung oder Management Beratung

Your Job

What this role looks like.
Developing and implementing concepts and long-term IT strategies taking into account current market conditions and competitor analyses
Providing support in steering the transformation programmes and further developing structures and processes within the CEO office
Closely collaborating with international top management
Answering strategic and operative questions and acting as an interface between the CEO and other national/international departments
Supporting the CEO with strategic decision-making through providing analyses and preparing recommendations and presentations
Preparing and coordinating international senior management committees

Your Profile

What you bring with you.
Degree or similar qualification, as well as experience in a comparable position, ideally in relation to executive management
Outstanding organisational and prioritisation skills
Excellent communication skills in English and the ability to communicate effectively with different stakeholders
Analytical thinking and the ability to process complex information
Discretion and a high level of trustworthiness
Independent and proactive approach to tasks

Desirable extras.
Several years of experience in IT strategy or management consulting
