We are seeking a proactive individual who excels at identifying client needs and providing effective solutions to meet such client needs based on a deep understanding of the product portfolio of MET Germany. In this dynamic environment, you will have the unique opportunity to customize solutions across a wide range of products for key account sales on the German market Essential responsibilities Client Acquisition; identify and secure key accounts in the industrial and renewable sectors, focusing on energy solutions (power and natural gas) tailored to their needs. This includes ongoing regarding price fixings etc. Play a pivotal role in shaping the sales approach and strategies for key accounts in an agile go-to-market approach ("design - try - scale or drop”) Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and client needs to refine sales approaches. Lead contract negotiations, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements that support both client and company goals. Provide regular reports on sales activities, client feedback, and market insights to senior management.
