Senior Software Developer - Java / React JS / SpringBoot / Testing (m/f/d)
Location: 71672 Marbach am Neckar
About the company We are a young software company from Marbach am Neckar (25 minutes north of Stuttgart by S-Bahn). We design and develop customized individual software for companies in a wide range of industries. We mainly develop web applications (client-side React, server-side Java / C#), occasionally also desktop apps (mainly C#, WPF) or native apps (React Native). We offer a relaxed and flexible working environment - and absolutely professional services for our customers To achieve this, we rely on a top team and are looking for a full-time or part-time software developer (m/f/d) with immediate effect or by arrangement You will take on a leading role in our development team and design and develop customized individual software for our customers. You will interact with our customers and be responsible for developing your own software projects both in the frontend and backend. Depending on the project, you will take on the technical leadership for 1 to 2 junior developers You will be closely involved in our projects from A to Z - from eliciting requirements to architecture and development to deployment.

What can you expect?
- You will be responsible for assessing customer requirements and designing software solutions (including architecture): You will be in contact with our customers right from the start and design software projects from A to Z
- You will independently develop web applications (client-side React, server-side Java)
- You manage quality assurance and testing
- You take over the rollout of the solutions to customers
- You support the company's development and can actively help shape our company as one of our first team members
What should you bring with you?
- You have at least 5 years of professional experience in software development (frontend or backend)
- You have a very good command of German and English for direct communication with our German-speaking customers and our team
- You have excellent knowledge of Java (8+), SQL and JPA
- You have experience in object-oriented and functional programming
- You have expertise in ReactJS / JS (UI / UX) and have already worked with Docker and Spring Boot
- Ideally, you are familiar with API gateways, Kubernetes, load balancing, service registry
- You take responsibility for projects, but also want to help shape our company beyond project work
