Support global product pipeline governance, ensuring alignment across portfolios and adherence to best practices.
Assist project portfolio owners in organizing and executing ideation sessions to generate innovative ideas and solutions.
Project Planning and Monitoring:
Monitor project progress, identify risks, and work with project owners to implement proactive mitigation strategies. Assist in developing comprehensive project plans encompassing scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation.
Implement robust project monitoring mechanisms to track milestones and budget constraints. Generate regular status reports, executive summaries, and visual dashboards to provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
Evaluate existing project management processes to identify inefficiencies and propose enhancements. Promote a culture of adaptability to navigate evolving project dynamics and challenges.
Facilitate effective communication among project teams, stakeholders, and senior management. Act as the central point of contact for project-related inquiries and organize Stage Gate meetings and portfolio reviews.
Develop tools to standardize reporting, monitor project portfolios, and store data. Strong analytical skills and experience with project monitoring and reporting tools
Proficiency in English is required; French, German) are a plus and will be advantageous for global collaboration
