What can you expect?
  • You identify, evaluate, and pursue new licensing opportunities for our brands/products
  • You develop and maintain networks and business relationships with licensors, including negotiating favorable terms and agreements
  • You collaborate closely with internal stakeholders such as the legal team, marketing, and creative team to ensure alignment with brand strategy and objectives
  • You manage contract negotiations and ensure adherence to terms and conditions, monitor industry trends and the competitive landscape to proactively identify potential opportunities and risks
  • You prepare comprehensive royalty reports, forecasts, and obtain necessary approvals, track and report on licensing performance, analyzing key metrics to drive informed decisions
  • You provide strategic guidance to maximize revenue and brand exposure through strategic licensing partnerships, remain abreast of industry regulations and best practices, adapting strategies accordingly, and establish operational standards to streamline processes within the area of responsibility

What should you bring along?
  • You have a minimum of 3 years of experience in licensing, business development, or a related field
  • You have a proven track record of successfully negotiating and closing licensing deals
  • You possess a strong understanding of intellectual property rights and licensing agreements
  • You have excellent communication (written and spoken) and interpersonal skills
  • You are business fluent in English (written and spoken)
  • You demonstrate the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively, and are willing to engage in both domestic and international travel as needed (approx. 10% of your time)
