- Konzernweite Unterstützung und Betreuung der Kollegen (w/m/d) im R&D-Projektbereich bei der Nutzung der Innovationsmanagementsoftware inklusive Monitoring der laufenden Projekte
- Aktive Weiterentwicklung der Innovationsmanagementsoftware und der zugehörigen Prozesse unter Einbindung aller von Veränderungen betroffener Geschäfts- wie auch Zentralbereiche
- Sicherstellung der Funktionalität der Anwendungsoberfläche des Programmes
- Schulung der Anwender weltweit sowie Weiterentwicklung von Trainingskonzepten und Schulungsmaterialien
- Analyse des R&D-Portfolios und empfängergerechte Erstellung von Auswertungen sowie Reports, wie beispielsweise die eigenverantwortliche Erstellung des halbjährlichen R&D-Vorstandsberichts

- Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung mit Weiterbildung zum Techniker (w/m/d), Meister (w/m/d) oder abgeschlossenes Bachelorstudium jeweils im Bereich Natur- oder Wirtschaftswissenschaft bzw. vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Konzern, idealerweise in R&D-nahen Bereichen; gutes Verständnis des Ablaufs von Forschungs- und Entwicklungsprojekten von Vorteil
- Hohes Maß an Eigeninitiative und Gestaltungsvermögen, schnelle Auffassungsgabe, Teamfähigkeit, hohe Lern- wie auch Leistungsbereitschaft sowie Begeisterungsfähigkeit
- Souveränes Auftreten und sehr gute kommunikative und moderierende Fähigkeiten
- Systematische wie auch analytische Arbeitsweise mit starker Affinität zu Zahlen und Daten
- Freude an Kundenorientierung und Prozessoptimierung
- Routinierter Umgang im IT-Systemumfeld und Auswertungsanwendungen wie Excel sowie Tableau wünschenswert
- Fundierte Kenntnisse in MS Office sowie sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
