Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:- planning and execution of development-related tests with hardware components
- responsible technician
- Design and construction of test benches
- Definition of test KPIs, documentation and evaluation of test results
- Assemble and configure test benches to accurately simulate single-house environments, integrating PV systems, battery storage units, heat pumps, and EV chargers.
- Maintain and calibrate test equipment to ensure accurate measurements and reliable test results
- Design and implement test procedures to evaluate the compatibility of OEM components within our platforms
- Document test procedures and results, support processes, issue resolutions, and best practices for reference and continuous improvement
- Completed studies in the field of electrical engineering or mechatronics
- practical experience in a laboratory
- 2+ years of experience as a responsible technician
- 2+ years of experience in assembly, testing, or maintenance of electrical systems
- Proficiency in reading electrical schematics and technical documentation
- Hands-on experience with electrical testing equipment such as multimeters, oscilloscopes, and power analysers
- Strong documentation skills, with the ability to record and communicate test procedures, results, and best practices
- Fluency in English and German, both written and verbal
