Your tasks:
  • Management of projects in the area of IT.
  • The environment is diverse: Digital Workplace + Collaboration, IT Service Management, SAP Hana, telephony, data center operation, Cloud/SaaS, change projects, introduction of agile concepts are just some of them.
  • You take care of the recording, evaluation and qualification of requirements.
  • You organize the planning, control and monitoring of team-specific project activities.
  • Professionalization of project management.
  • You manage IT projects in the application operation of complex and business-critical applications, e.g. migration to new technologies.
  • You will also be responsible for managing external service providers.
  • You manage release activities in coordination with the projects and stakeholders involved.
  • Advice on the digitalization, optimization and automation of business processes
  • You coordinate the selection, commissioning and management of external service providers
  • You monitor the agreed budgets, time and quality specifications and prepare the corresponding reporting.
  • You will be responsible for the preparation and follow-up of appointments and workshops in the project as well as projects in general.
Our requirements:
  • As a salaried employee, you have a degree in science or IT from a university or university of applied sciences (bachelor's or diploma), preferably with a focus on project management, as well as several years of professional experience (especially in project management).
  • Civil servants: In addition to the above-mentioned studies, you have the qualification for career group 2, 1st entry level of the general administrative service, as well as several years of professional experience (especially in project management).
  • You are no stranger to hybrid project management.
  • Independent and structured way of working, high level of commitment and assertiveness as well as good communication skills, also at management level
  • You have experience and enjoy managing agile projects and using market-standard tools and methods
  • You have a quick grasp, a process- and solution-oriented way of working and strong communication skills
  • You communicate professionally across hierarchical levels and explain complex topics clearly in presentations.
  • Goal-oriented and economic thinking and acting is a matter of course for you.
You have (very) good knowledge in the following areas:
  • Project management methodologies, certification welcome
  • Very good user knowledge of common IT tools in the field of project management and digital workplace + collaboration
  • German and English (in the area of technical matters).
  • Cloud technologies and their use (e.g. data exchange platforms), collaboration applications and their environment (e.g. Teams), application software (e.g. document management systems, intelligent assistance systems)
It would be desirable if you already have
  • have experience with processes aligned with ITIL
  • have experience of working with collaboration applications and environments
