Payroll Analyst

Our multicultural Payroll team is seeking an experiencedpayroll professional to join our Payroll Operations Team. We arelooking for a strong leader that will take the ownership and drivethe change in our growing EMEA payroll organization. Thisindividual must be customer obsessed and be eager to dive deep intoprocesses. The ideal candidate will have proven record ofdelivering process efficiency results. The preferred candidate hasexperience in EMEA payroll process/payroll systems and has theability to abstract requirements independently. Keyjob responsibilities
- Be a subject matter expert inprojects to drive payroll improvements for one country or group ofsmall to medium size countries
- Be a subject matterexpert in M&A and expansions projects
- Maintain theoperational effectiveness of payroll process from the start to theend
- Collaborate with other payroll leaders to build aculture of balances and checks within the Payroll Operations Teamto maintain an efficient and effective audit process
-Collaborate in efforts to evaluate and redesign Payroll processesto align with the company’s rapid grown and commitment to quality
- Collaborate in a cross-department environment with HR,Tech teams, Finance, Accounting, and others to ensure that bestpractices are followed and implemented

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS - Previousexperience in EMEA Payroll processes & system, deepcontrollership / statutory compliance knowledge (tax, labor code,social security, garnishments, pension, benefits,terminations)
- Ability to deal with ambiguity andcompeting objectives in a fast-paced environment
- Stronganalytical and statistical skills - Proficient in obtaining,organizing, and analyzing data to make fact-based decisions anddrive
- English on advancedlevel
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS -German language on advanced level
- MS Office knowledge(macros, formulas)
- Knowledge of personal income taxlegislation, labor law
- Familiar with SAP, Peoplesoft,Workday, ADP software
- Experience in leadingprojects
- Sense ofinnovation
