This position is part of the sales department and will be fully remote . Expand customer base (networking, lead follow-up and conversion of opportunities) and cultivate productive long-term relationships with customer senior management and decision-makers
Drive growth through continuous improvement leveraging the Danaher Business System tools, including maintaining appropriate databases and Sales Funnel Management in CRM (such as Salesforce), RFQ, and Project/Quote Tracking
Successfully completed studies in industrial engineering, food technology, or other related fields such as biology, chemistry, chemical engineering or technical qualification
First experience in sales, business development, and/or account management role within a B2B environment in an international company
Fluently German and English language skills
Strategic value selling to large regional or global companies
