Gemeinsame Weiterentwicklung unseres *Nachhaltigkeitsberatungsangebots* im Bereich *Nachhaltigkeitsberichterstattung* und *CO2-Management/Dekarbonisierung entlang der Lieferkette*

* *Enger Kundenkontakt und aktive Projektarbeit: *Du bist direkte:r Ansprechpartner:in für unsere Kunden und übernimmst die Vorbereitung und Durchführung von Workshops und Interviews, eigenständige Erarbeitung von Lenkungsausschüssen, Erstellung von Nachhaltigkeitsanalysen etc.

* *Vielfältige Aufgaben und Projekte:* Konzeption und Implementierung von leistungsstarken Nachhaltigkeitsstrategien sowie Optimierungsmaßnahmen im Einkauf und Supply Chain Management für die Aufbau- und Ablauforganisation unserer Kunden

* *Erweiterung Deiner Projektmanagement-Skills: *Du arbeitest eng mit dem Team zusammen und übernimmst eigenständig erste Teilprojekte sowie die Führung von Praktikant:innen

* *Schneller Aufbau von fundierter Expertise:* Du baust dein tiefgehendes Wissen über Nachhaltigkeit entlang der Lieferkette und der effizienten Integration von ESG in die Unternehmensprozesse, -strukturen und -systeme weiter aus


*Abgeschlossenes Studium* (Bachelor/Master/Promotion) vorzugsweise der Wirtschaftswissenschaften, -informatik, -mathematik oder des Nachhaltigkeits- und Innovationsmanagements

* Mindestens *2-3 Jahren Beratungserfahrung* mit klarem Fokus im Bereich Nachhaltigkeit entlang der Supply Chain

* Hervorragende Kenntnisse und Expertise in der Erstellung und Umsetzung von *Nachhaltigkeitsberichterstattung*, verbundenen Standards (CSRD, GRI, DNK etc.) sowie Erfahrungen im C02-Management wie z.B. CO2-Messung/Bilanzierung entlang von Scope 1,2 und 3 sowie der Erstellung von PCFs oder LCAs

* Sehr gute Kenntnisse im Umgang mit *MS Office*, v. a. PowerPoint und Excel

* Eine teamorientiere, offene und humorvolle Persönlichkeit runden Dein Profil ebenso ab wie *fließende Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse *
