Software Support Specialist (w/m/d)
Werden Sie als Software Support Specialist (w/m/d) Teil des Teams von KONZEPTUM in Koblenz. In dieser Position betreuen Sie unsere Software-Produkte im Kundeneinsatz startend mit der initialen Inbetriebnahme über regelmäßige Wartung bis zur Betreuung im laufenden Betrieb.

Software-Rollout: Vorbereitung und Durchführung des initialen Software-Rollouts
First-Level-Support: Erster Ansprechpartner für Kundenanfragen und technische Probleme
Sie starten im Bereich des Update- und Patch-Managements. Sie unterstützen bei Rollout unserer Software-Lösung und übernehmen im Laufe der Zeit mehr Aufgaben und Verantwortung. Parallel hierzu arbeiten Sie im First-Level-Support, der bei KONZEPTUM geprägt ist durch die Zusammenarbeit mit persönlich bekannten kundenseitigen Ansprechpartnern. Mit wachsender Erfahrung und Sicherheit übernehmen Sie Aufgaben im Second-Level-Support.
Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im IT-Bereich z.B. Fachinformatiker, IT-Systemkaufmann, Technischer Assistent für Informatik oder vergleichbare Kenntnisse
Einstieg als Quereinsteiger möglich
Erfahrung im IT-Support wünschenswert
Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse
