Architectural Revit Technician

We are looking for an experienced and creative Architectural Technologist / Technician to join our Design team within the real estate development business focusing on Boutique Hospitality Assets.
In this role, you will be responsible for producing information on AutoCAD & Revit for the tender & construction packages, whilst working alongside the Technical Lead. It is important to be particularly confident with technical design (detailing based on constructability) and material systems.
Now is the perfect time to get involved in the department's creation, development, and unlimited growth potential. Work on a variety of high-end hospitality projects (both Architecture & Interiors)
Run a project through technical and delivery stages (aware of RIBA stages all the way through to practical completion)
Prepare and develop drawings and 3d models (axos) to communicate info to manufacturers and team of external consultants.
Check team drawings + modify/suggest changes (mark-ups)
Produce detailed technical construction information for the project
Work within a small project team and manage junior team members
Use Revit / AutoCAD daily
Report to Project Leads
Qualified as an Architectural Technologist, with a minimum of 5 year’s professional working experience
Experience working on bespoke high-end properties and hospitality projects
Confident in working through detailed design, technical design, and delivery stages of projects
A thorough understanding of design issues on hospitality projects / User Experience orientated
Ideally, you will have worked in a medium-sized practice specializing in bespoke projects
A proficient user of Revit and/or AutoCAD, worked on live projects
Be presentable and confident with both client and contractor facing responsibilities, as well as coordinating with an external team of consultants such as Structural & Building Services Engineers, and Local Architect’s team.
Excellent English, both written and verbal
Spanish (optional)
Speaking both English and Spanish
