Tasks Within the international markets of Maisons du Monde, your role is to support the store teams in the DACH region on a daily basis. Your main responsibilities in your region will be: Recruitment & Onboarding Management: Managing recruitment activities for your region: Launch and follow-up on sourcing with the Talent Acquisition team, participate in recruitment activities (openings, speed recruiting, etc.); Assuring success in onboarding by implementing onboarding plans and following up with Regional Directors. Advising and support managers in their daily work and team management; Achieving performance management through annual reviews, succession planning, and talent reviews; HR Leadership & Personnel Administration: Maintaining compliance with labor laws and regulations (Code of Conduct, regulations, values); You speak German and French fluently (at least C1 level mandatory). English would be a plus;
