Your tasks Development of design proposals (material selection, manufacturing process, geometry) Static verification of ATA21 components (composite/metal), including the creation of FE models Assessment and approval of ATA21 design (3D/2D) Assessment and approval of deviations (DQN and concession process) Stress-related documentation Planning and support of engineering tests to validate calculation approaches and to determine material characteristics Technical support for component qualification What we expect Engineering degree with specialization in the verification of lightweight designs (mechanical/aerospace engineering) Design and verification of composites/metal components FE simulation: Nonlinear deformation, strength and contact analysis Vibration (natural frequency, random vibration, shock) Composites after initial fracture, bonding Optimization of component design (weight, stiffness) Composite manufacturing processes Minimum 5 years of relevant experience PATRAN/NASTRAN (very good knowledge) MS Office, MS Outlook TAKSY, Doc-Master, PRIMES, VPM We offer An insight into the industrial world of fiber composites and an activity directly related to the product.
