Wir suchen ab sofort für unser Leipziger Büro einen Leiter Buchhaltung (W/M/D) zur Unterstützung unseres Teams:

Du kannst aktiv an der Erreichung unserer Unternehmensziele mitwirken. Der Leiter Buchhaltung unseres Unternehmens ist für finanzielle Aufgaben verantwortlich und beweist sich gleichzeitig als Strategieverantwortlicher bei der Geschäftsleitung. Du bist damit eine intensive Unterstützung in der Unternehmensführung und des operativen Teams der Buchhaltung.

So trägst du zum Erfolg bei:
  • Du fungierst mit Deinem ausgeprägten strategischen Mindset als Sparringspartner/in für unsere Geschäftsleitung und als erste Ansprechperson aller finanziellen unternehmensrelevanten Fragen
  • Dein Tagesgeschäft beinhaltet die professionelle Analyse und Beurteilung der wirtschaftlichen und strategischen Zusammenhänge des Geschäftes, des Geschäftsmodells und der Marktgegebenheiten
  • Du sorgst dafür, dass die BWAs, Jahresabschlüsse und Quartalsberichte pünktlich vorliegen und bist verantwortlich für die Liquiditäts- und Budgetplanungen
  • Du begeisterst Dich für den kompletten (digitalen) Aufbau von Controlling-Strukturen und KPI-Systemen zur Unterstützung der Unternehmenssteuerung
  • Du bist maßgeblich an der Business-Planung beteiligt und übersetzt Szenarien in greifbare Finanzpläne
  • Du bist Schnittstelle zu Wirtschafts- und Betriebsprüfungen sowie Ansprechpartner/in für Banken und Steuerberatung
Das zeichnet Dich aus:
  • Du hast ein betriebswirtschaftliches Studium mit Schwerpunkt Finance/Accounting (oder ein vergleichbares Studium) erfolgreich absolviert
  • Du bringst relevante Berufserfahrung in einer Finanzfunktion mit (idealerweise als CFO/Head of Finance) und verstehst die Herausforderungen schnell wachsender Unternehmen
  • Du hast ein Unternehmen schon in der Internationalisierung/Unternehmensexpansion begleitet 
  • Du bist mit Deiner unternehmerischen Grundeinstellung und Deinem Erfolgs- und Gestaltungswillen Vorbild für Dein Team 
  • Dein Führungsverhalten ist geprägt von einem hohen Maß an Empathie, Teamfähigkeit, sozialer Kompetenz und Change-Management-Fähigkeiten
  • Du zeichnest Dich durch eine Kombination aus Gewissenhaftigkeit, Risikomanagement und Objektivität aus, analysierst Situationen treffend und triffst anschließend passende Entscheidungen
  • Du hast Lust, in einem Unternehmen zu arbeiten, in dem Du viel bewegen kannst
